Racing will be held on Wednesday Nights and start time is 7 PM. Please show up early to register (no later than 6:30 PM )and if you want to practice.

Wednesday nights will be for rubber tires on vehicles (see link to rules).

We will be running a Modified class for foam tires and such on Friday nights, pretty much anything goes here. The points don’t count towards the season series, this is just for the love of speed and to win gift certificates.

And don’t forget to visit Leslie at the counter for all your parts, coffee and food needs…..(she said I had to mention her name or she would be upset haha).

To have an online race right now visit the LINKS section!!!

Also added is the individual stats link at the bottom of the racing stats.

6TH March 2002

Well guys, sorry it has taken me so long to get the page updated. Work has been taking it’s toll. I have been unable to get to racing for a couple weeks now, as my schedule makes it tough. On the bright side, I am going in to the office to work out my new schedule today, March 8th. A new company has bought us out, and the manager was suggesting I take a Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm job. From working graveyards, 12 hour shifts, all this hassle is going to finally pay off !!!

Well, since I missed getting the write up done for last weeks race, I will jump straight to this weeks race results as best I can.

For a new twist:

1st place                              2nd Place                       3rd Place

Pete                                     Bill                               Dean

The field was rather small this day with 7 racers. I guess you guys really missed me being there. Brad was going to be there, he called me 30 minutes before race time at work and was waiting for his dad to come give him a jump. Guess the problem was worse than just a jump.

Okay here is how things went:

On one side, Pete was running his hopped up classic Jaguar against James, Sam and Marie (running spoiler to have enough racers to fill the track) on one side. Bill, Dean, Kevin and Chris on the other. From how I understand it, Pete dominated in the points department and Bill dominated in the lap times. I am now getting some help from Bill to take care of the stats page, I am showing him how to edit and upload the page to the site. Seb seems to have abandoned the pics page so I am going to completely rework it this weekend. I have ordered a digital camera, so I will get my own pics of all the cars that run, and I can do short videos too. Stay tuned to this Bat channel!!!

I am loving this Nascar circuit more and more. The speeds are awesome. And the Scalextric cars we use are incredibly tough. Thanks Leslie (Apollo Hobbies) for this car. It is the only one that looks like that, (having a unique car is very important to me) and a very fast car.

Archer races on Monday nights. Be there by 6:30 PM for 7 PM race start.
