Carseat Check

Berea co-sponsored a child safety seat inspection day in November of last year. Over 70 car seats were checked - 4 out of 5 car seats are not installed properly, leaving the children less than optimally protected in the event of an accident. Each seat is checked for proper installation, fit for the child and for a recall notice. If the seat has been recalled, a new seat is provided free of charge by the Safe Kids Coalition of Cleveland.
