I had a chance to visit with "Doris Williams" Clarke. My husband and I had gone to Georgia to visit his family and since they only live about 50 miles from where Doris lived I called her and we met half way between. We sat at a Pizza Hut in Alma, Georgia for about 3 hours. We had a great time. Doris' husband Richard came also. I'm adding a photo of Doris and I.

Got to have lunch with LaVerne Morgan and her sister Babs and my daughter Jolie in Orlando. I was there visiting my daughter and LaVerne & Babs had come down so their husbands could play golf and they could shop. We all had a very nice visit.

Friday night was the kick off with the Mosquito Beaters get together in downtown Cocoa at the old library now the civic center.

Saturday's Mosquito Beaters function was held on Merritt Island at the Kiwanis Island. BBQ chicken and pork were served around 11 a.m.

Several classmates opted to play in the golf tournament on Saturday morning.

The main get together was held at the Cocoa Beach Hilton. Classmates started arriving around 5 p.m. to register and have their photo made for the reunion book. The buffet started around 7 p.m. Robert Pippin, welcomed everyone after we ate and gave out trophies for the golf tournament winners. Then there was dancing to the oldies. Around midnight a delicious dessert buffet was served. The last dance was called around 1 a.m. and the dance floor was full. A lot of old friendships were renewed and some new ones made. I know I will be looking forward to our 50th reunion!!
