Country Gentlemen Plumbing
~ About Us ~
Founded in 1974 by Ronald Landers Sr., Country Gentlemen continues its long record of customer service today under the able leadership of Ronald "Ron" Landers Jr.   Ron Jr. earned his Onondaga County Master Plumber license in 1993. Before that, he graduated high school from Baldwinsville High school, then continued his education at BOCES, OCC and Central Tech - all while working full time in the family business.
In early 1999 Ron decided to relocate the business from North Syracuse to Baldwinsville, continuing to service all of Onondaga County.  Ron says, "Because we moved, does not mean we have forgotten our North Syracuse customers. We continue to service your area every day." Also at that time, the name was changed to "Country Gentlemen Plumbing, Inc.", to better reflect an emphasis on plumbing.
"Center Pointe at Radisson's" new luxury apartment complex is one of  Country Gentlemen's current endeavors. Ron says he is very proud to be working with Frank Fava and Pat Basset, among others. Also, several new home construction plumbing jobs are keeping CGP busy. Recent projects include plumbing renovation in 2001 of the Jefferson Clinton Hotel, which became the lavish Hawthorne Suites Hotel. Ron's crew is currently undertaking the plumbing at a new "Verizon Wireless" switching station in Syracuse.
Ron Landers (top right) and his team of licensed plumbers and accounting staff make up Country Gentlemen Plumbing of Baldwinsville, NY.
Ron is central New York's *only* authorized KohlerŽ service repair technician. CGP
does plumbing installations for Sears and Chase Pitkin on a daily basis. Also,
counted among their most frequent jobs are: water services, water lines, water heater
installations, drain snaking, sewers, gas lines, fixture replacement, restaurants and
more. Ron's motto is "No job too Big or too Small!"
Country Gentlemen Plumbing, Inc. is a member of the Onondaga County
Association of Plumbing Contractors, the National Federation of Independent
Business, the Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce and the Syracuse Builders
Exchange.
Ron remains up-to-date on plumbing technology and code changes by attending
professional seminars and by keeping current on plumbing publications. He and his staff also maintain professional working relationships with many of their peers in the
business, which offer opportunity for exchange of "trade secrets" as well as keeping
their skills honed and their pricing competitive.
Ron takes pride in Country Gentlemen Plumbing's reputation, started by his father
and continued by him and his employees' dedication to providing superior service to a
well-established clientele along with new referred business.
As Country Gentlemen Plumbing, Inc. continues to grow, so has its office staff and
Ron's team of Onondaga County licensed plumbers. CGP welcomes new customers.
They, as well as established customers, are invited to mention this article and receive
a special discount on their next service call.
Country Gentlemen Plumbing, now located only in Baldwinsville, will always be
recognized by Ron's proudly unique, "Man in the Leg-tub" logo, which has been around
since his business started. Ron and his team think it says something about CGP's
stability, their familiarity, and the down-to-earth approach they take in serving their
customer needs with honesty, fairness and hard work.
