Saturday, January 15th

Regular Meeting at Dryden VFW (note special date)
We will be having our mid-month meeting on Saturday
1-15-05 instead of Thursday 1-22-05 this month. The main reason is so that we can
get together and draw the
winning raffle ticket for the 2005 Ski Doo
MXZ 500 SS. Wings and Pizza
will be provided. Please
attend this meeting and bring any sold or unsold raffle tickets to
the meeting or get them to Ray Ink ahead of time. We will also discuss the poker run
and other club business.
Saturday, January 22nd

3rd Annual Poker Run
We will decide when to have the poker run at our Saturday
January 15 meeting at the VFW.
We are planning longer and bigger run than the past two
years. We need lots of volunteers for this event. We
tentatively plan on having the run go from the Dryden VFW to
Jeremiah's (the old rafters) in Virgil over through Owego Hill road
to The Poor Shots, the 76 Club, Crooked Board and then back to the
VFW. We will be having "real stops" and will need
many volunteers so we can all rotate and ride this poker too. Contact Pat Lynch or Missy Lynch
and attend meetings if you would like to get involved.

Trail Conditions:
|
|
January 11, 2005 Conditions
are poor due to the weather.
There is 0-4” base and groomers have not been out yet
due to lack of snow. There are
lots of wet spots and not all trails are open or signed yet.
Four wheelers and
other traffic are not permitted on our trail system unless otherwise
posted or individual land owner permission has been obtained.
Please do not ride
the trails if conditions are marginal. We must respect our land
owners’ property or we’ll loose the privilege to ride on
their land.

Members get a free 11x17" full color map. Maps are also available
to nonmembers at the Dryden VFW for $5.
