STEVE WAS CORDIALLY INVITED TO PERFORM IN FRONT OF  HER MAJESTY "THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND" AND ACCEPTED THE INVITATION GRACEFULLY. "TCB" It was late October 1995 when Steve first heard of the Royal interest as he was about to fly out to the USA. Now he would have to leave the States early for an appearance in front of Her Majesty the Queen and millions of viewers. The show was to be televised from the Dominion Theatre in the heart of the West End on Monday November 20th and screened the following Sunday on LWT. Also appearing was a host of stars including Sir Cliff Richard, Elaine Page, Hale and Pace, Des O'Connor and Joe Pasquale. For the record the costume worn by Steve that  night was a replica of the one worn by Elvis  on the cover of the album 'Live at Maddison Square Gardens' complete with the gold belt costing over $4,000.
