The following recipes have been handed down within the Lu family for many generations. The Lu family maintains that the Great Green Dragon came to them in dreams and taught the Lu family the secrets to external alchemy and kungfu (Lu Long Hsing Pai). The Lu family furthered these recipes by learning and interacting with Taoist and Buddhist healers.
