Lu Long Hsing Pai (Green Dragon Family or Clan style) is an ancient Chinese martial art that has been handed down within the Lu family for many generations; then cultivated on the famous Wu-Tang Mountain. The style itself (internal or external), is very hard to categorize due to its simplistic, yet profound philosophies and movements.
The Lu family maintains the Green Dragon of the surname of Lu (The color "Green") came to them in a series of dreams and taught them the way of the Lu Long; cultivating true nature and forming the basics of the Lu Long Hsing Pai. The Lu Long Hsing Pai system holds favor to the way of the Dragon which allows the martial art to encompass the true aspects of the Chinese Dragon; believed to be an ancient figure of wisdom, grace, ever changing and evolving with time and circumstance, being true yang and Heaven.
In traditional kungfu circles, the Dragon style is known as the "King of Kungfu". Utilizing the whole body to cultivate strength, coordination, twisting, condensing, expanding and zig zag movements which incorporate five separate distinct elemental techniques within the Lu Long Hsing Pai style to make up the Green Dragon foundation. These techniques are; Yellow Dragon, Azure Dragon, Red Dragon, White Dragon and respectfully the Black Dragon.
