Our angler's camp is nestled along the banks of the Kenai River ~ world renowned as home to the largest race of Chinook (King) Salmon. The Kenai River is also host to three additional varieties of salmon ~ the feisty Sockeye (Red), the Humpback (Pink) and the Coho (Silver). (Best times for fishing each!) The camp is located approximately 11.5 miles outside of Soldotna, Alaska on Funny River Road. A beautiful relaxing drive awaits you as you wind along the south side of the Kenai River and through a portion of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. (Map) Moose, Bald eagles, coyote, lynx, wolves, Black and Brown (Grizzly) bears are frequent sights along the route. The haunting cries of the Loon and Sandhill crane are common sounds at Funny River Fish Camp. What are you waiting for?
Come experience a unique Alaskan adventure with us!
