Over thousands of years have passed since the destruction of the Death Saurer. The history of the mighty Zoids is all but a mystery now. Even so, the Zoid Battle Commission has awakened, bringing competition to the corrupted war infested world. A huge out cry for Zoid Battles echoed across the Planet Zi.

The transformation of Zi is still taking place. A little over 6 months have passed since the ZBC went out searching for pilots of all skills to fight under official battles. People turned their minds from wanting to fight for the army to fighting for the crowds and admirers of Zoids. Nevertheless, wars still sprang up.

The reason for most of the disturbances was the Eisen Dragoon Unit. Revenge? Maybe. Domination? More likely. So with a plan, the EDU needed a Zoid that could crush all others. The legend of the Gilvader caught the eye of a local scientist who worked for the EDU. He proposed his idea of building this legend from scratch, taking all evidence of its existence, every detail known, and building the Gilvader. Now with a plan and a Zoid the EDU is ready to crush.However, the Republic Army is not out of business, even with the Zoid Battle Commission rising to power. The republic has pilots, Zoids, and money to defend against all attacks. With missions still taking place, they have had times where they needed a little help from the pilots battling under the ZBC’s rules.

The development of project AI started to take place, first testing out on a new Liger model. Testing didn’t go as planned. The scientist continued on with their research. They inserted project AI version 2 into the Berserk Fuhrer model. Testing improved greatly leading the scientist into round 3 of Project AI.

The dream of permanent peace will be crushed if nothing is done, as the reborn Gilvader; the Bringer of Terror, prepares to lay siege to all of Zi, supported by the EDU’s vast resources, which include mass produced version of the Berserk Fuhrer. Something has to be done. NOW. If not, Zi will be plunged into the darkness of the Eisen Dragoon.
