We didn't know when they named it "The Gift of Christmas, The Louis Paul Experience" that it would be another one of those experiences that Louis has always had with his recorded music. He never got paid.
Jud & Rose Phillips for a fund raising event for a school run by St. Mary's Catholic Church. Louis was promised .80 cents a unit to help cover his studio expenses, so far he has r money on the 1000 units that were sold.
We ask that if you wish to purchase a Christmas CD that you contact us by email. We are releasing it our self under the title of An Instrumental Christmas with Louis Paul.
It took Louis over 3 years to complete this CD which we gave for Christmas presents to family and friends. The music was all recorded in his studio and arranged and played by him. Jud and Rose Phillips had nothing to do with it until they talked us into this deal with the Catholic Church.
We would like to make it clear that the St. Mary's did nothing wrong and is in no way to blame for what happened. We understand that they did very well with it and we hope that everyone who bought a CD enjoyed it and they had a very Merry Christmas.
We hoped our Christmas would be merrier last year too. But, we are still waiting on the money due us. The 80 cents a unit for 1000 units sold. Jud and Rose where is our money?
