I rescued Lady from New York. We figure she's about 10 and I figured I'd be getting an older girl that wouldn't cause much uproar!! LOL No way she's as feisty as they come, deaf and her eyes are a little glazed, arthritis but still loving life :) She is a joy to behold. Unfortunately, March 11/01 I lost Lady suddenly here at home late at night but I know she will always be with me.

Tasha my one and only WOOLLY Siberian, I rescued her the Summer of 99. She is so well trained she must have been loved and cared for well at some point. She may have had to fend for herself for awhile as her hunting skills are amazing for a dog with bone spurs all through her. She is home forever now and is very loving. , a.k.a. Tashcan, Tasher, the Princess of the House :)

Carl I rescued from the Shelter the summer of 99 a better boy I could not ask for. We believe he is a Chihuahua trapped in a Hounds body as he's sure he's a lap dog. He is desperately trying to learn how to be a Siberian but the confused look on his face is priceless when he can't figure out what the heck they are doing :) He has even learned to be fluffy by putting all his hair up :) He learns very fast and is a real comic, a.k.a The Curler, Curly Fry,

Cojo, rescued from the Ottawa Humane Society, he was losing weight, not interested in people looking to adopt and becoming very unhappy. He knew he'd found his forever home here and perked up right away. He is a gorgeous Boy. The Alpha male of my pack :) Guess where he ends up every time he's escaped??? Yes we are talking Cojo great black and white SHEEP hunter :(

Tundra Snowy, my 1999 Christmas present. She was born Oct 19/99 and is a joy. Looks very wolf like and when play fighting its very hard to tell she's not serious, quite striking :) She is the Alpha Leader of the whole pack, even above the Male Alpha and takes her position very seriously :) a.k.a Tundarella, Mrs. Saucey Pants, Tunder, Tunderelli

ArcticLights's Dream Weaver, my best present of 2000 Xmas. My backyard landscaper and full time saucy hellion. Full of mischief, always digging, loves life and sings and talks whenever he has the chance. Loves attention and is always in a great mood. Big screamer and Beta of the whole pack. He is referred to by different names around the house, Fat Boy, Stubby, Weaverkins. Just a ball of love he is :) Born July 29/00

My first rescue Malamute. She's a beauty!! Vet thinks 11+ for age. Jake was scratched on her collar but we added the Y to make it more lady like :)Jayke has a fondness for Flowers, loves to smell them and rub on them being a lady she likes to smell good :) Jayke and my Woolly Siberian Tasha like playing who owns Mommy's bedroom game and both sleep there all day and live the good life. Jayke loves to walk in the fields with me off leash and is very well behaved, she has beautiful Gold and Silver eyes and is always up for a howling session :) Jayke was diagnosed with Cancer in January 2002, on February 12th, 2002 she was in pain and I could keep her no longer as it was selfish. Goodbye Jaykeamus my beautiful big friend, I miss you so, the house is so quiet without you.

Pride my foster pup. He was born with a deformed foot and the rest of the litter shunned him at 5 weeks. So I got the call to come get him if I wanted. He bonded with me almost immediately and still likes to be close to me at all times. His paw hasn't slowed him down a bit and apparently he can still dig HOLES like any normal pawed Husky :) He is a treasure.
