First Families
2001 is a unique cultural, historical and genealogical record of Australia.
Searchable by surname, it is a database of names and a collection of stories
about the people of Australia, past and present. The database closed on 31
December 2001 following four years of data entry and editing. It is now
archived in 'read only' form.
FF2001 webpages contain extensive
information and stories about earliest family members known to have
lived in Australia. Such people are deemed to be 'first families'.
A directory of their descendants is included, also. |
The directory
below lists the parents of the first families of Martyn and Helen Smith, their son Mark and daughter Kirrily, who,
with her husband Steve, has two young sons, Liam and Jamieson ... all pictured
below ... of Melbourne, Australia.
Each link goes to the 'Pandora' archive. Once there, a link to the original FF2001
webpage of the ancestors named can be found at the bottom of the 'Pandora' page. Return here by using your
browser's 'Back' button.
Sections of some of those now uneditable
