2. Tournament officials shall have the right to board any participating boat and inspect livewells, baits and equipment. All boats shall be inspected prior to launch. Protests shall be made in writing, within 30 minutes of weigh -in.

3. Artificial bait only. Only one rod in use at a time. No trolling , Livewell required. Kill switch recommended. Life jackets must be worn when big motor running unless in no wake zone.

4. 50 yard rule enforced, Boat must be anchored with trolling motor up.

5. Only Largemouth, Smallmouth and Spotted Bass 12 inches or longer on our tournament board are considered legal for this tournament. A courtesy board will be provided. Fish will be measured with mouth closed, to the tip of the tail. Limit of 5 fish per person ( 7 per team ).

6. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages permitted during tournament activities and weigh-in.

7. No contestant is permitted on shore during the tournament. The boat may not touch the shore or another boat during the tournament. ( Exceptions to this rule will be permitted at the official launch site ).

8. All teams must check-in even if they do not have fish.

9. Payment of entry fee will be considered a commitment. However, partnership or even boat changes will be permitted with proper notification being made to tournament director.

10. Launch times will be assigned on a first come , first served basis, with the postmark date as a determining factor.

11. Registration the day of the tournament will be from 5:00 am to 6:30 am. Boat inspection will be at the launching area.

12. Tournament winner will be determined by total weight of fish weighed. A 2 ounce penalty for each dead fish and a 16 ounce penalty for each undersize brought to scales will be assessed. Ties will be broken by greatest number of fish, then biggest fish.

13. All live fish will be returned to the lake. Mounting privileges will be granted one fish per contestant, less penalty points.

14. A penalty of 1 pound per minute will be assessed for late arrival to weigh-in. All contestants more than 5 minutes late for weigh-in will be disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS.

15. Violations of the rules, cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct, or violations of any lake rules, will result in disqualification from the tournament and forfeiture of entry fee. The decision of tournament committee will be final and binding. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to schedule lie detector test in the event of a protest.

I, the undersigned agree to waive and release all participants of the Lakewood Girls Fastpitch Softball, Local, State, and Park officials from all claims and responsibility as to injury and/ or damages, ect. which might occure in connection with this tournament.
