The Little Smoke Bluffs: Ronin's Corner
Ronin's Corner, located between Neat & Cool and Penny Lane, is another one of the Bluffs little gems with lots of variety packed into a small area. Try MCM, 5.6 for beginners or Magical Child, 5.8; to raise the stakes a bit hop on Opening the Kimono, 5.8, Skyhook Logging, 5.8 or Ridge Runner, 5.9 for a real thrill. OAM (Open Air Mission), 5.10d, Desperado, 5.10c or Sky Dancing, 5.10c all let you push the limits a bit further. |

MAGICAL CHILD, 5.8
Two leaders, same climb: Magical Child takes great gear and is perfect for beginners with an entertaining layback crux. DESPERADO, 5.10c
Desperado is another enjoyable climb, just make sure you don't get pumped! Sam made it look pretty easy from where I was standing... RIDGE RUNNER, 5.8
Ridge Runner, 5.8: this climb makes you feel like you're going to fall right off the edge and into Wobbler, a .10b next to Desperado. |
