WONDERFUL HERBAL BATHS
These are some of my favorites. True confession, when my sons' were babies I would take them into the bath with me and bath them in Frankincense and Myhrr. No kidding I did. And when they were experiencing colic a nice lavender bath. The other day I was in the local drug store and was so impressed with a baby product that caught my eye. Baby powder in lavender scent. Imagine that I was bathing my children in lavender oil 11 years ago.
One way I take my herbal baths is to wrap the herbs in a small piece of cheesecloth and tie tightly. There are little mesh bags on the market also. Or another little idea is to put the herbs in a tea ball.
If I am unable to obtain certain herbs I will substitute they actual herb with their corresponding oil. This is often easier and quicker.
