We invite you to vacation in our newly renovated and decorated (2001) cozy one bedroom condo located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Gulf Highlands is a unique 60-acre community of condominiums and townhomes located between Front Beach Road and Hutchison Boulevard f/k/a Middle Beach Road (across from the GULF and away from the traffic) and offers the privacy of a gated community with 24-hour security, well-maintained and landscaped grounds,
10 swimming pools (2 heated during winter), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, 18 hole mini-golf course, and just a short walk to the beach, a private beach clubhouse with swimming pool. (Due to the Homeowners and Condominium Association Rules and By-Laws we cannot rent to anyone under the age of 25.)

Three to four night stays in the low seasons are welcomed.
These rates could vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. There are no extra charges, since our rates include cleaning fees and taxes.
