To set the clock; At ext. 100, set the PITS switch to program.
2. Dial *#1234.
3. Dial "00" (the current date & time is displayed).
4. Enter the date & time. XX XX XX X XX XX X enter in this order, YEAR 02 MONTH 06 DAY 03 DAY OF WEEK SUN=0 SAT=6 HOUR 09 MIN 08 AM=0 PM=1 Press the MEMORY or STORE button to save entry.
5. Return the PITS switch to set.

To Change Extension Name. At Ext. 100 (or your Operator phone) Set the switch to program.
2. Dial *#1234.
3. Dial 03.
4. Dial the ext. number to change XXX.
5. Press the number with the letter you need, then use the AUTO ANS to select the letter. Press the next number/letter, 1=Q Z 0=spaces comma.
6. Press SAVE when done. SP PHONE for next or HOLD to exit.
