Kids Tai Chi: Monday, 5PM
This class teaches the discipline, focus and confidence of Martial Arts in a quiet, non-aggressive way. Fitness and concentration exercises are calm and gentle, so everyone, kids and parents, can enjoy it together.

Tai Chi Basics: Monday, 6PM
This class works the fundamentals of Tai Chi. Basic theory, techniques and drills, are the body of the work. Primary sensitivity skills are trained with push-hands practice. New and advanced students are welcome.

Kung Fu: Monday, 8:30PM
This class teaches practical and effective martial arts for self-defense. Training consists of rigorous physical exercises that increase strength, and combat methods that really work. A great workout for women and men!

Healing Meditation: Thursday, 12PM
This class consists of gentle, meditative exercises that rejuvenate the mind and body. Special attention is paid to relieving tension in the body, stimulating the organs and relaxing the mind. The ultimate in stress relief.

Open Tai Chi: Thursday, 6PM
This class covers general and advanced topics in Tai Chi for students with previous experience. Specifics on forms, applications, training methods and push-hands are practiced. Take your Tai Chi to the next level.
